These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mailogen (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Mailogen is an email marketing platform that lets you manage contacts and send campaigns through your own connected SMTP/email accounts. We do not send email on your behalf from our own infrastructure; you are responsible for the sending accounts you connect.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
You retain ownership of your contacts and content. You represent that you have consent to email every contact you upload, and that your messages comply with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant).
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Plan limits (contacts, emails, etc.) are enforced as described on the Billing page.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for deliverability outcomes, which depend on your sending accounts, content and recipient providers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
